I know Windows 7 is out and is garnering positive feedback from majority of users. Unlike its Vista cousin, Windows 7 is faster, more responsive and takes up less system resources. Still, there are users who would just like to stick to the good old Windows xp. I am also running windows xp service pack 3 and its’ never given any headache since sp3 was installed. While my windows xp runs excellently, there are users who are not happy with the sluggish performance of their computers. In most of the cases, malware is the primary reason for slow running pc. Windows 7 Home Premium will set you back $199, and an upgrade from either Vista or XP will cost you $119. For me, I’ll stick to my good old Windows XP for quite some time before purchasing the upgrade.
