			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Something related to Diet, health and fitness and an interesting diet program called <strong>Fruitarianism</strong> this time.<br />
 DIET &#8211; the most common word for almost every one of us. Who doesn&rsquo;t want to have a slim and healthy body? No one! This is why numerous diet programs have been introduced to us. It basically taps 2 of the most important aspects of ourselves: brain and body. Undergoing a healthy diet can sustain and develop our brains. It can also lessen the likelihood of acquiring diseases.</p>
<p>One of the most common diet programs is <em>Fruitarianism</em>. Its definition is as simple as eating:</p>
<p><strong>75% raw fruit + 25% veggies</strong><br />
 The founder and exact year of establishment of such diet has been unknown. But it is said to be practiced for almost over a century. But who really cares about this info? What&rsquo;s important is the rationale behind this diet.</p>
<p>7 categories or fruit groups have been established and are religiously followed by fruitarians. These 7 basic fruit groups are acid fruits, sub acid fruits, sweet fruits, nuts, seeds, dried fruits, and oily fruits. These types of fruit are best eaten based on the category they belong. David Wolfe, a famous author who follows a fruitarian diet suggests that one type of fruit should be eaten on a 45 minute interval. On the other hand, a 90 minute interval before one eats a fruit group after the other is recommended by the fruitarian foundation. One should only eat if they are hungry and stop only when they are totally satisfied with what they ate. Eating the same type of fruit quickly enables the signals in our body to stop eating.</p>
<p>Of course, just like any other forms of diet, fruitarianism has its own pros and cons.</p>
<p><strong>PROS</strong>: We are rich with different kind of fruits. Because of its sugar content, it is considered the tastiest raw food an individual can eat. The bare fruit itself is considered as &ldquo;low violence&rdquo; food for it doesn&rsquo;t undergo different stages where in it can add destruction to our environment. Fruitarians pronounce a light and healthy feeling. It develops not only your health but also your sense of taste and smell. A fruitarian can&rsquo;t withstand fumes of cooked foods. Lastly, one who practices such diet is not required to drink the recommended amount of water intake for the raw food itself contains water that can help cleanse our body.</p>
<p><strong>CONS</strong>: On the contrary, fruitarians are faced with costly diet. Modern fruits are expensive and may only be consumed by people who can afford it. Sugar intake is also high once one chooses to over eat fruit. This may lead to diabetes. Not only that, fruitarians are most of the time faced with the feeling of social isolation and psychological deprivation. This is when everybody eats their &ldquo;normal&rdquo; food while you are sitting on the side consuming the fruit of your choice.</p>
<p>Because of the regarded flaws of the fruitarian diet, an alternative form was introduced. It is called the &ldquo;near fruitarian diet&rdquo;. This diet lessens the percentage of fruit intake for at least 70%. We should also carefully choose fruits that are not high in sugar in order to avoid future complications. To regulate the sugar taken, dark leafy green vegetables should be the remaining percentage of your diet. From time to time one is encouraged to eat ginger or pungent greens for a good digestion. Foods that are high in fatty acids such as sprouts, avocadoes, etc should also be taken once in awhile to provide minerals to our system.</p>
<p>Anything in excess or lack thereof imposes no good to us. Nobody knows our self better than us. It is our outright responsibility to know and observe what is good or bad for us. In terms of choosing the type of diet we would want to engage ourselves into, we should take into considerations some factors such as our health, resources, and our willingness to do our chosen diet program.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Everyone has a desire to look beautiful and physically fit. Physical fitness is a great confidence enhancer.  If you strive to stay physically fit, work out on your body and mind, it&#8217;ll no doubt enhance your personal aura. Health is wealth. By being physically fit, it can make a person look lean both inside and out. A healthy body and mind is able to relish and cherish all the beautiful things that Life is to offer and is better prepared to deal with all the unpleasant ones that come as a part of the package.  </p>
<p>There is a lot a person can do such jogging or walking  in the morning, playing basketball, badminton or any other sport with friends but if a person wants to have muscles and look lean, the best thing to do will be to sign up and workout in a gym. </p>
<p>Just like taking any medicine, one should first consult the doctor before undergoing any form of exercise.</p>
<p>Physical exercise is beneficial because it helps maintain and improve ones health from a variety of diseases and premature death.  It also makes a person feel happier and increases ones self esteem preventing one from falling into depression or anxiety. It has also shown to make a person with an active lifestyle live longer than a person who doesn’t.</p>

<p>A good exercise plan incorporates cardiovascular and weight training exercises. This helps burn calories and increase the muscle to fat ratio that will increase ones metabolism and make one either gain or lose weight. </p>
<p>A person who has never worked out before should do it gradually. Doing it too much for the first time can make one pull a muscle or have an injury making it worse. Endurance will never be built in a day and doing it repeatedly will surely be good to the person.</p>
<p>Focusing on certain portion in the body can help make it improve. A good example is going to the gym and doing a workout more often in a specific area such as the abs can give one a chest pack. But beauty is not only about having muscles which is what people can see. It is also about enhancing the beauty within. </p>
<p>Here are some things one can do everyday to <b>stay beautiful and healthy</b>; </p>
<p>Reading books and other reading material more often keeps the mind sharp just like working out keeps the body in shape.</p>
<p>Work no matter what kind it is produces stress. One can reduce this by taking the time out to do something special like lying in a hot tub, shopping or watching a movie. Listen to the music you love. It certainly relieves anxiety and have a soothing effect on mind. Studies have shown it is reliever and helps one from looking haggardly.</p>
<p>Pollution is something people cannot control given the size of the problem. When one goes out, it is best to put some form of protection such as beauty products that contain antioxidants that protect the skin from damage. There are also other beauty products available and choosing the right one with the help of a dermatologist can help the person. Wearing Sunscreens is essential when you are out there in Sun for longer durations.</p>
<p>Another way to stay healthy is to give up some vices. Most people smoke and drink. Smoking has been proven to cause lung cancer and other diseases as well complications for women giving birth. Excessive drinking has also shown to do the same. Cut down the junk food.  A healthy diet is essential to maintain fitness and beauty.</p>
<p>For people who don’t smoke, it is best to stay away from people who do since studies have shown that nonsmokers are also at risk of developing cancer due to secondary smoke inhalation.</p>
<p>Lastly, it is best to always start the day with a positive outlook. Just as studies have shown that exercise makes a person feel happier, smiling produces the same effect. A smile can do a lot and it is contagious in a positive sense. It brightens the day of not only one but others as well.  If you embrace these little things in your daily life, I am sure you&#8217;ll not only look beautiful but <b>stay beautiful, healthy and physically fit</b>. Don&#8217;t forget to smile. Come on, you don&#8217;t need a reason to smile! </p>
